I grew up in a large Italian family that has roots in the restaurant business reaching back to Chicago...although I was born and raised in Phoenix. My first restaurant was a chain of Yoshi's Franchises, but then in 2007 my life truly changed when I became the owner of Coup Des Tartes. My family and friends say that the one word that describes me is passionate. I am passionate about the guest experience and continuing to grow as a business person. I challenge myself and my staff to do the same. When I'm talking to guests at the restaurant, I always say....welcome to my house. While, it is an historic farm house, our restaurant as well as our catering feels like family. I hope you enjoy...from my family to yours.
