My Catering experience started 33 years ago back home in Milwaukee helping my mom with private parties. Since that time I have studied Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, both at University of Wisconsin Stout and Kapiolani Community College. With each job my knowledge and passion grew for the food service industry, from the 5 Diamond Halekulani Resort to various restaurants here in the valley including, Roy’s, White Chocolate Grill, Greene House and Arcadia Farms.
In 200, I joined the Coup Des Tartes family and have enjoyed wearing many hats and working alongside fellow employees who share the same passions I do. As the Catering Manager for Rendezvous Catering and Events, my extensive knowledge of food and service and my passion for detail is focused on making your event an extraordinary dining experience.
