Lucio and I started working together over 12 years ago at Arcadia Farms.  The creative flavors, eye for detail and use of local farmers was a great beginning for our palettes and friendship.  We have been the dynamic duo of Coup Des Tartes for over 8 years and have enjoyed every moment of watching the menu, restaurant and customer base grow.  While I always have an eye on our classic dishes like the Brie or Lamb Shank, I am passionate about being able to introduce new items to the menu like seabeans, buffalo or oysters on the half-shell.  Pop your head into the kitchen next time you’re in…I hope to see you soon.
