Pastry Chef
I am the pastry chef for Rendezvous Catering & Coup Des Tartes. I have had an amazing and interesting life which has cultivated my passion for food. I was born in northern California but I lived in Colombia at the age of 2. Spanish was my first language and through my travels with my family, I have managed to remain fluent. My mother's side of the family is full of amazing cooks and as a child I spent many summers making homemade breads and cookies with my grandfather. I experienced many different fruits and flavors when we traveled and I have tried to incorporate all I have learned into my desserts. Cooking is truly a passion of mine and being part of the Rendezvous Catering & Coup Des Tartes family really allows me to express my creativity.
